Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. There is no minimum order. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Postage will be calculated at checkout.
Our website is linked to Paypal which is the easiest and quickest way to pay for goods in a secure environment. When you click Checkout you will be taken to Paypal to make your payment.
Paypal accepts all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo. They use secure SSL technology to protect your card details from internet fraud.
Remember it takes several minutes to process your payment, during which time it may appear that nothing is happening. Please be patient and do not click anything whilst your payment is being processed.
After you place an order you will receive an email confirming payment has been received. This confirmation does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your order, we will send you an email advising you that your order has been received and is being processed and an additional confirmation email after the goods have been dispatched.
Orders with non UK delivery addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
If you prefer to pay by cheque then please do not order through the website but contact us by telephone or email.
Shipping And Handling
Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail First Class which usually takes 1-2 working days. Your order will depend on the size and weight and will be calculated at checkout. The maximum size for first class is 610mm x 460mm x 460mm. If your packed order will exceed this size or the weight is 2kg or more, then it will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service which takes 3-5 working days. We will advise you if this happens.
To give you an idea of postage costs, one card in a board backed envelope will usually cost 52p.
The maximum postage we charge is £9.30 and any postage costs above this will be met by CardCreations4U.
Delivery Schedule
Greeting Cards
- we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Orders posted 1st class usually arrive within 1-2 working days. We do not post at the weekend. We will advise you when goods are dispatched.
Wedding Stationery
- we aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 weeks, depending on quantity. We will advise you when your goods are dispatched. Remember that you need your invitations at least 8 weeks before the event, so please give us as much time as possible for your order to be made. Your order may be dispatched in more than one parcel.
Party Invitations
- we aim to dispatch your order within 4-7 days, depending on quantity. We will advise you when goods are dispatched.
We will contact you if there is likely to be any delay in dispatching your order due to stock unavailability.
Whilst we make every effort to dispatch goods on time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays with the Postal Service.
Back Orders
All products are subject to availability. If your item is not in stock, we will hold your order for you. If there is going to be a delay of more than 7 days we will let you know and you can cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
Here at CardCreations4U we understand that there may be a reason why an item you have ordered is no longer wanted. If this is the case, you may cancel your order and a refund will be issued. You must notify us by phone or email (see top of page for contact details) that you wish to return the item within 7 days of receipt and return the item as soon as possible. Items must be returned at your cost and be in a saleable condition. Reasonable care must be taken of the goods and where possible please return with the original packaging. A full refund, including the out-going delivery postage charges will be given. We do not charge customers re-stocking fees for returning unwanted goods.
Whilst we take every care to ensure our parcels are well packed, if your goods arrive damaged or are incorrect then please contact us at

within 7 days of receipt. We will refund or replace the goods and will cover the cost of returning them. Please do not return damaged goods until you have contacted us.
Refunds will be made through PayPal within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation.
